We don't accept insurance but don't let that scare you! Most of our patients actually save money as Functional Vitality Direct Primary Care members.

With a low monthly fee, much like a gym membership, the patient receives constant access to their provider. Functional Vitality DPC works to save patients money by finding them the least expensive options for their care.

While we do not accept insurance coverage, we do accept HSA's and FSA's.

By separating patient care from traditional insurance, our direct primary care model eliminates insurance red tape and allows the provider to focus solely on taking care of the patient.
